Professional Development Week for Faculty

Abu Dhabi Polytechnic (ADPoly) successfully conducted its Professional Development (PD) Week from August 13 to 15, 2024, focusing on advancing the academic and professional capabilities of its faculty and staff. The event featured a series of strategic workshops and collaborative sessions aimed at fostering cross-departmental cooperation, integrating innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence into the curriculum, and enhancing the overall quality of education through improved frameworks and coordination strategies.

The PD Week emphasized inter-professional collaboration and cross-curriculum competencies to better prepare students for a connected and dynamic world. Faculty and staff engaged in discussions on aligning educational practices with industry standards, adopting effective quality assurance processes, and promoting research and innovation initiatives within the institution.
