Abu Dhabi Polytechnic Achieves Third Place at AUSIUC 2026

Abu Dhabi Polytechnic is proud to announce its achievement of third place at the Autonomous Unmanned Systems Universities Innovation Challenge (AUSIUC) 2026, held in Al Ain.

The AUSIUC challenged university teams to execute a comprehensive engineering project—designing, building, and operating unmanned aircraft under real-world flight mission conditions. Success in this arena requires the seamless integration of aerodynamic design, propulsion systems, avionics, and flight operations.

Congratulations are extended to the ADPoly student team—Alya Alabdouli, Roqaya Almenhali, and Ghala Alblooshi—who were central to the design and successful flight testing of the aircraft.

This achievement reflects Abu Dhabi Polytechnic’s commitment to preparing students with applied engineering skills aligned with the UAE’s advanced technology agenda.
