ADPoly Explores Innovative Environmental Solutions for CO2 Capture and Brine Management.

Abu Dhabi Polytechnic hosted a workshop titled “CO2 Capture and Reject Brine Management” on November 20, 2024. This engaging session provided participants with an in-depth understanding of the environmental challenges posed by CO2 emissions and reject brine, particularly within the context of the UAE.

The event began with an overview of the pressing environmental issues related to industrial emissions and waste, emphasizing their local and global significance. Attendees were then introduced to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for CO2 capture and brine management, showcasing innovative solutions that have successfully addressed these challenges in the UAE.

This workshop enriched the participants’ understanding of modern waste management, and reinforced ADPoly’s role as a hub for knowledge sharing and sustainable development in the region.
