E-Graduation Projection Seminar Focused on Innovation and Patenting

Abu Dhabi Polytechnic recently held the E-Graduation Projection Seminar on September 16, 2024, as an online event. The seminar aimed to guide students in strategically planning their Graduation Projects (GP) with an emphasis on innovation, industry relevance, and the process of patenting.

The event featured key presentations that covered:

• An overview of GP requirements, highlighting the importance of selecting projects that blend academic depth with industrial relevance.
• Insights into identifying patentable ideas within academic projects, the steps involved in patent registration, and guidance on transforming these ideas into successful startups.
• Success stories of GP teams who have registered patents and are now advancing their projects into startup ventures, showcasing their challenges, achievements, and future opportunities.
