Description
This course covers an advanced level of aircraft parts joining and repair methods, including different types of basic welding, brazing, and soldering, selecting appropriate material, filler material, and flux. This course also covers aircraft handling and storage, jacking, inspections, effects of environmental conditions on aircraft handling, aircraft repair and assembly techniques, troubleshooting, maintenance procedures, and inspections carried out after abnormal events such as lightning strikes, heavy landings, and flight through turbulence, maintenance planning, modifications, quality assurance, and control.
