Lakshan Athukorala is an experienced aircraft maintenance engineering lecturer with seven years of hands-on aircraft maintenance industry experience. He has completed his MSc Mechanical engineering and B.Eng(Hons) Aerospace Engineering From Coventry University (U.K). During his tenure with Airline Industry, he worked in Line maintenance, Base maintenance and aircraft maintenance shop environments specialized on Boeing 777, Airbus A380 aircraft. Throughout his academic career, he has completed his associate fellowship from UKPSF and delivered lectures on aircraft materials and hardware, aircraft maintenance practices, EASA/GCAA aviation legislation, and aircraft aerodynamics, structures, and systems of EASA/GCAA part 66 modules
