EMIS-2101:Introduction to Artificial Intelligent Systems

Description
This course will introduce the principles in artificial intelligence research. It will cover the representation schemes, problem solving paradigms, constraint propagation, and search strategies. Areas of application such as knowledge representation, natural language processing, expert systems, vision and robotics will be explored. The Prolog programming language will also be introduced. Lecture 2 hrs/wk, Lab 2 hrs/wk.
