Description
The course covers the broad domain of security architecture and models, access control systems and methodology, OM-AM framework, security architectures and mechanisms, security infrastructure, reusable infrastructures, public-key centric architectures, consumer-oriented public-key infrastructure, coupled and de-coupled authentication and authorization architectures and multilevel security architectures. The course will also demonstrate advanced Internetworking concepts, and security and administration. The course will serve as a prerequisite to the CISSP certification. Lecture: 2 hrs/week; tutorial: 2 hrs/week; Lab: 2 hrs/week.
