Policy: ADPoly encourages faculty and students to secure external research funding in support of their research and scholarly activities that aligned with our research priorities, national agenda, community, industry and support collaboration with other higher education institutions. The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear statement of ADPoly’s expectations, requirements, and practices of research management. Secured funding is often subject to an agreement with the funding body.
Application: This policy is applied in concurrence with the research and scholarly activities manual and procedures. ADPoly is committed to providing a sustainable and interactive system to streamline the management of funds across the institute. The ADPoly Director, Heads of Departments, Research Committee (RC), Research and Innovation Unit (RIU), and faculty all have the collective responsibility to apply these policies and procedures.
