Industry Advisory Board

The Petroleum Engineering Technology Division Industrial Advisory Board: Provides input on business and technical trends, the needs and priorities of industry, government, and the professional community as they bear on the Division’s mission, curriculum, course content, and future research focus.

• Gives guidance on Division strategies to assist the Division in maintaining effective liaisons within AD Poly and with the professional community.
• Assists the Division in communicating Division industrial future research programs to industry and government and to other academic institutions.
• Offers guidance focused on PET students sponsorship and on-the-job training (Internship).
• Offers guidance focused on the recruitment and placement of Division graduates.
• Ensures awareness of Division and student needs within the professional community, and encourages broad-based industry, government, and individual participation in satisfying those needs.
• Provides recommendations and feedback to the AD Poly Director and Division Head as appropriate.
