MATH-1020: Calculus II (W.B.)

Description
This course is a continuation of Calculus I. Topics include, advanced methods of integration using substitution, by parts, or by partial fractions, improper integrals, applications of integration in engineering, infinite sequences, series, power series, the approximation of functions by power series, polar and parametric equations and curves, partial derivatives, complex numbers, and its forms. In addition, the course is designed to enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Lecture: 3 hours/week, Tutorial: 1 hr./week Pre-requisite: MATH1010.
