This course covers reservoir characterization by pressure test analysis. It introduces students to the theory of well testing and its applications, emphasizing the importance of well testing as a tool for reservoir and evaluation. It highlights the importance of well testing as a diagnostic tool for evaluating the ability of a formation to produce reservoir fluids and monitoring well performance. Lecture 3 hrs/wk.
