Mohamed Yasir is an aeronautical engineering professional with over eight years of experience in aircraft maintenance, OEM services, and engineering support. He most recently worked with Safran in the UAE, focusing on aircraft oxygen system components and supporting Lean Six Sigma driven safety shop operations.
Previously, he served as an Aircraft Mechanic with Kuwait Airways and National Aviation Services in Kuwait, where he gained broad experience in line maintenance across a wide range of Airbus and Boeing fleets.
Yasir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering with distinction from Sathyabama University, India (2012). During his academic career, he contributed to the design and analysis of a nanosatellite (SNSAT) in collaboration with ISRO and authored a research paper on space-related applications.
A member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (UK), he brings broad expertise spanning aerospace engineering design, Airline operations, and OEM testing. He maintains an ongoing commitment to professional development, with interests in sustainable energy, academic collaboration, and operational effectiveness in the aviation industry.
